内部房客通知验收

Guest Notifications Console

用内部 token dry run 或测试房客账号通知、交易型 email 和 SMS gateway。非 dry-run 会给指定 approved test guest profile 写入 website_guest_notifications，并触发已配置的 guest-email-notification / guest-sms-notification 事件。

上线检查房客账号

内部 token Dry run Guest profile ID

先 dry run 检查 Supabase service role、Azure email env、SMS webhook env 和可选 guest profile contact。实际发送只应该使用批准的测试房客账号；token 只放请求 header，不写入 URL。
