内部运营提醒验收

Ops Alert Console

用内部 token dry run 或发送 approved test alert，验证 BOOKING_OPS_ALERT_URL / OPS_ALERT_WEBHOOK_URL 和 BOOKING_OPS_EMAIL / Azure mail backup。这个页面用于证明短租 PMS/payment failure、中租 PMS booking failure、长租 support/document/application event 能被管理公司收到。

内部 token Dry run Severity

先 dry run 检查 webhook、token、email backup 和 Azure mail env。实际发送测试提醒只应在 staging 或 approved production test window 执行；token 只放请求 header，不写入 URL。
