Daniel Hong – CEO

Daniel’s passion for real estate took root early, growing up in a family of property investors and managing rentals before he even finished high school. After overseeing large-scale construction projects in Europe, he founded Grace & Glory Real Estate Group in 2011. Spotting a need for higher standards in short-term rentals, Daniel launched GnG Vacation in 2022, blending an investor’s mindset with genuine hospitality to deliver transparent, high-quality rental management.

Mia Li – Director of Investor Relations

Mia focuses on developing real estate investment clients, closing property management and investment deals, and building strong relationships—earning the trust of investors along the way. She leverages both social media and personal networks to attract GnG’s ever-increasing client base. After earning her MBA and holding previous roles in creative security technology and at Grace & Glory Real Estate Group, Mia’s sales acumen is backed by a flair for performance—she’s also a professional opera singer who often graces community events with her talent.

Leo Li – Strategy & Data Analyst

Leo loves working with numbers and spotting patterns in data. His background includes strategic analysis and business development at three different startups, where he gained extensive experience in building market share. In fact, he also founded his own business and achieved over 80% market capture in the United States. A dual graduate—first with highest honors in Management Information Systems from Rutgers University and then with a master’s in Analytics from the University of Southern California—Leo has also earned two notable certifications:

• Data Science and Machine Learning: Making Data-Driven Decisions from MIT IDSS

• Beta Gamma Sigma Membership Certificate from the international business honor society Beta Gamma Sigma

Ruby Yu – Accounting

Ruby keeps GnG Vacation’s finances running smoothly and producing monthly reports for our clients. Prior to joining GnG, she spent seven years as a dispatcher and account assistant in the logistics sector, and later worked as an account assistant for a real estate company. With her keen attention to detail, Ruby ensures our GnG Vacation is ready to grow.

Vincent Graham - Marketing Manager

Vincent brings nearly a decade of experience in B2B tech marketing and notable collaborations with the Kennedy Space Center. He leads strategic planning and marketing initiatives at GnG Vacation, using his tech-focused background to fuel the company’s growth trajectory and ensure a standout presence in the travel and hospitality sector.

Leo Ma - Property Manager

Leo oversees both short- and long-term rentals, managing tasks like cleaning schedules, customer service, and lease drafting. He also excels at coordinating repairs and communicating with owners to ensure seamless operations. One of his favorite responsibilities is checking new listings—using his imagination to transform an empty space into a welcoming Airbnb. Before joining GnG Vacation in December 2022, Leo spent over a decade as a commercial manager and estimation analyst, earning a reputation for resource coordination, teamwork, and homeowner satisfaction.
