As 2024 comes to an end, I’d like to share some reflections on our journey and what lies ahead for GnG Vacation in 2025.
Our Establishment and Growth
GnG was founded 20 years ago with a vision to deliver exceptional property management solutions. Over time, we discovered a growing demand in short-term rentals, which led to the launch of GnG Vacation. Since then, our vacation-focused services have steadily expanded, helping us establish a strong reputation in the industry. By staying true to our roots in property management and continuously evolving, we’ve been able to build on our success and lay a solid groundwork for the future.
Team Expansion and Expertise
A significant milestone this year has been welcoming new members to the GnG Vacation family. We carefully selected passionate professionals in marketing, sales, and management who each bring fresh perspectives and diverse expertise. Their dedication has pushed us to refine our processes and deliver even better results for our property owners. This talented team positions us perfectly for further scaling as we move into 2025.
Reinforcing Our Support and Maintenance Services
In addition to team growth, we’ve reinvested heavily in our support and maintenance services. From enhancing our property care protocols to adopting advanced tools for communication, these improvements ensure our property owners receive the highest level of service. It’s our priority to safeguard every property as if it were our own—delivering fast, reliable, and transparent support throughout the entire short-term rental experience.

On a personal note, I’ve been committed to ongoing learning—through books, podcasts, and industry research—to maintain GnG Vacation's incredible growth trajectory. These efforts shape how we empower our team, foster a positive work environment, and create a culture of continuous growth.
Looking Toward 2025
With two decades of experience behind GnG and our vacation side now thriving, I’m excited for what lies ahead in 2025. We plan to invest more into GnG Vacation to broaden our service offerings, and keep refining our property management approach. This year promises to bring new opportunities for both our team and the property owners who trust us.
