Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000 is required for long-term stays. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in its original condition. Please let us know in advance if you need to update the guest list! * Ant Awareness: As we are in an area where ants are active, we recommend keeping food areas tidy and wiping up spills to avoid unwanted visitors. Your help in keeping things clean is greatly appreciated! * Internet: We’ve equipped the home with fast internet! If you experience any connection issues, please check that the Google Nest Wi-Fi router on the nightstand is plugged in. Feel free to reach out for assistance! * Respecting Quiet Hours: We want everyone, including our neighbors, to enjoy their stay. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and keep noise levels low during this time. - 1. This is a very quiet neighborhood, NO PARTIES are allowed.
- 2. No Pets. Unauthorized pets will be charged an Pet Cleaning Fee of $300.
- 3. This is a NON-SMOKING Building- smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-CIGARETTES and marijuana is not allowed at any time anywhere inside the complex. There will be a fine of $200 for violating this policy.
- 4. Please state the actual number of guests will be staying when reserving.
- 5. To prevent bugs entering the house, please keep the window screen and main door shut
- 6. Quiet hour: 11PM to 8AM.
- 7. Keep the house clean and don’t eat or drink in the bedroom. If anything is damaged or the stain can’t be clean, you will be charged the amount to fix it or the cost of replacement.
- 8. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would to your own.
- 9. Ants are active in the region. Please try not to leave food residues on the floor or on the table. Keep the floor clean.
- 10. Unauthorized late check out will incur a late checkout fee of $50 per 30 minute.
- 11. For Guests staying over 28 days, A separate lease must be signed. Deposit will be required. All adult's info and ID will be required. SSN will also required if not foreign national.
