GnG Vacation

1. Eligibility
   1.1. This promotion is available exclusively to individuals who sign up for property management services with GNG Vacation.
   1.2. The promotion applies solely to new property management service sign-ups with GNG Vacation.
   1.3. In order to receive the service credit, you must sign with GNG Vacation on or before March 31st.
   1.4. By signing up and participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Details
   2.1. Upon signing up on or before March 31st, you will automatically receive a $350 service credit applied to your first monthly management fee.
   2.2. The service credit is automatically applied and cannot be split or allocated across multiple billing cycles.
   2.3. The credit is applied solely to your first monthly management fee. If your monthly management fee is less than $350, any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited.

3. Redemption & Use
   3.1. The service credit is not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
   3.2. This credit is limited to one-time use per eligible sign-up.

4. Restrictions
   4.1. The service credit promotion is transferable but remains non-refundable.
   4.2. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated.

5. Amendments
   5.1. GNG Vacation reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
   5.2. Any changes will apply only to sign-ups occurring after the modification date and will not affect those already enrolled under the promotion.

6. Governing Law
   6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
   6.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

7. Limitation of Liability
   7.1. GNG Vacation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this promotion.
   7.2. Your participation in this promotion is at your own risk.

By signing up for our property management services and participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
