What We Need You To Do
Job Responsibilities

Turnover cleaningClean and reset short-term rental properties between guest stays, including same-day turnovers.

Follow cleaning standardsUse company checklists and property notes to keep cleaning quality consistent.
✓
Prepare units for guestsMake sure linens, supplies, and final presentation are ready before guest arrival.
✓
Report issues immediatelyNotify the team of damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns right away.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Cleaning Experience
Hotel, Airbnb, residential, or turnover cleaning experience is preferred.
Reliable Transportation
You need to be able to travel to assigned properties on time.
Detail-Oriented
You notice what is missing, what looks off, and what guests will see first.
Weekend Availability
Because this is rental operations, weekends and holidays are important.
Fast Communication
You should be able to reply quickly and keep the team updated.
Responsible Attitude
You show up, follow through, and take ownership of your work.
