• Communications: Content you share when contacting us via email, phone, chat, or the App. Where permitted by law, calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

• Device & Browser Data: Device model, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, and IP address.
• App Usage Data: Interactions within the App (pages viewed, session length, search and booking activity) via Firebase Analytics.
• Crash & Performance Data: Error reports and performance metrics via Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring.

With your permission, our App may collect Precise Location data, used solely for property inspection tracking, attendance verification, or internal operational purposes.
