Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GnG Vacation Platform, including making bookings, purchasing subscriptions, and interacting with our services. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, making a booking, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms.
By accessing or using the Platform — including www.gngvacation.com, gngvacation.guestybookings.com, any related subdomains, or the GnG Vacation mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") — creating an account, making a booking, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Eligibility & account responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or making a booking.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- Notify us immediately at support@gngvacation.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Platform services.
GnG Vacation provides a platform to:
- Bookings: Reserve short-term, mid-term, or other lodging stays at listed properties.
- Subscriptions: Purchase paid services or features through subscription plans.
Specific offerings may vary by listing, property, or plan. GnG Vacation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice where practicable.
House rules, guest conduct, and property policies.
Each property may have its own house rules, occupancy limits, quiet hours, parking rules, pet policies, smoking policies, and other requirements ("House Rules"), which will be disclosed in the listing or booking confirmation.
- You agree to comply with all House Rules and applicable laws during your stay.
- Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, except as required by applicable law.
- You may be held responsible for damages, extra cleaning fees, or penalties resulting from violations.
Booking terms.
A Booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation through the Platform or via email. Pending bookings are not guaranteed.
Rates, cleaning fees, service fees, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at checkout before payment is processed. By completing a booking, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
Check-in and check-out times are stated in the listing or booking confirmation. You may be required to provide identity verification information to protect property safety, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable rules and regulations.
Subscriptions.
Subscription benefits, pricing, billing frequency (monthly or annual), and included features will be displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your Subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to charge the applicable renewal fee to your payment method on file.
You may cancel at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, or within the Platform where available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior charges, except as required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Payments — final, irrevocable, no withdrawal.
By submitting payment, you authorize GnG Vacation (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method. All payments are subject to the terms below.
All payments are final, non-withdrawable, and irrevocable once processed. You acknowledge that you cannot withdraw, revoke, or reverse a completed payment merely because you changed your mind, did not use the service, or misunderstood the purchase.
You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at support@gngvacation.com and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including California law. Where a refund is required by law, we will comply.
Cancellation, changes, and refund policy.
Each Booking may have its own cancellation and refund policy displayed at checkout ("Cancellation Policy"). By completing a booking, you agree to the applicable Cancellation Policy.
Unless required by law or stated in the applicable Cancellation Policy, we do not provide refunds for early departure, unused nights, or no-shows.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or strikes. Refunds, if any, will follow the applicable Cancellation Policy and legal requirements.
Damage, extra cleaning, and security deposits.
You are responsible for damage to the property caused by you or your party during a stay. To the extent permitted by law and disclosed policies, we may charge your payment method on file for:
- Verified property damage or missing items
- Excessive cleaning beyond normal use
- Smoking remediation or unauthorized pet damage
- Penalties for house rule violations (e.g., unauthorized guests)
User content & reviews.
You may submit reviews, photos, messages, or other content ("User Content") through the Platform. By doing so, you represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
You grant GnG Vacation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited activities.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Engage in any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable law or regulation
- Provide false identity, fraudulent payment information, or impersonate another person
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with fees, policies, or security features of the Platform
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group
- Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization
- Scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be subject to legal action.
Third-party services.
Purchases and payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those transactions. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or disputes, but we will reasonably assist in troubleshooting when possible.
Disclaimers.
Limitation of liability.
Indemnification.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GnG Vacation and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of or access to the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Damage caused by you or your party during a stay
Dispute resolution — arbitration & class action waiver.
This section contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. It affects how disputes between you and GnG Vacation are resolved.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@gngvacation.com with a brief description of the dispute and your desired resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within a reasonable time.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and GnG Vacation agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, a Booking, or a Subscription will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by AAA or JAMS under its applicable rules, rather than in court — except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claim qualifies.
You and GnG Vacation agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
Arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California, or by video/telephone where permitted. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@gngvacation.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your name, account email, and a clear statement of opt-out.
Governing law & venue.
Except as governed by the Federal Arbitration Act for arbitration provisions, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where arbitration does not apply, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Privacy.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it at gngvacation.com/privacypolicy.
