Coachella 2026 Weekend Two Wraps — Here's What the Booking Curve Did
The GnG Vacation Take
The festival finishes Sunday. The operational work for 2027 Coachella starts Tuesday. Our team is already pulling this year's review sentiment, pricing deltas, and inventory gaps into the planning doc for next year's lineup announcement.

Coachella 2026 Weekend Two closed tonight. Across the managed portfolio in the festival radius, Weekend Two booked 94% occupancy at an ADR within 3% of Weekend One.

The Weekend One vs. Weekend Two differences

  • Weekend Two guests stayed longer — 4.6 night average vs. 4.3 on W1
  • Fewer last-minute bookings — W2 locked by 30 days out, not 5
  • Higher return visitor rate — W2 guests were ~18% repeat bookings from 2025 Coachella

What that means operationally

Weekend Two is the predictable weekend. Weekend One is the volatile one. Hosts who spread their minimum-stay and pricing aggressiveness evenly between them are leaving revenue on the table.
